I have a subscription with local pickup, and sales tax is consistently charged based on the customer's shipping address, not the pickup location. This means when the customer has no shipping address -- which they often don't, since the subscriptions are local pickup -- there is NO sales tax charged. Obviously pretty problematic. Anyone encountered this or solved this?
Yes this is an issue our brick and mortar is experiencing --- tax location should default to our address. A basic function.
Is your issue for subscriptions or any local pickup order?
We are also experiencing the same issue at our brick and mortar. Is this some bug that has just started because we have not been experiencing this issue?
Is your issues for subscriptions too or any local pickup order?
Yes. Orders placed with the Pickup In Store method are showing as sales in the customer's address not the shop's location.
