Sales Tax Calculations for Ohio are Wrong

Has anyone else noticed that the sales tax calculations for Ohio are completely inaccurate. I don't know where they are getting their rates from but they definitely do not match up with the actual rate Ohio wants in a said county. Anyone know how to report this? Anyone else seen this issue? The tax report shows it charging like 1% where it should be charging 6.5%. I don't know if it is collecting properly on the front end but its definitely not reporting properly on the backend. Has me paying more in taxes than I'm collecting. I need this fixed.
