selling international from Philippines - using dropshipping suppliers outside Philippines

e-commerce selling from Philippines (using suppliers from outside the country)

Dear community. We would like to understand how it works, when selling to Europe, USA, Asia from Philippines registered sole proprietorship. The suppliers are outside Philippines.

How do we handle VAT in such case, and are there any APPs that in fact manage this. I assume VAT to be setup in each area, i.e. Europe, UK, (Asia how to manage for each asian country) and USA. It's a big question and hope someone can direct me. Thank you and kind regards Peter
