Selling to Germany from Turkey

Hello everyone

I have a registered company in Turkey and i want to selling in Germany about digital productions. ( Downloadable products )

How do i have to pay VAT of products? Where i have to register and pay?

And a different question if you don't mind... I couldn't find  anything about shopify payments. When will Shopfy pay to us?

Nick here from Shopify. 

Really good question. Taxes are really difficult to figure out even on the best of days. The first thing I will say is to visit your local tax office or a professional accountant. The reason behind this is because the tax laws are different for every country.  For example, if some countries the tax will only be charged based upon where your store is selling from while others might charge taxes based upon where the customer is buying from or selling to. It is different for every country and even regions within countries so it is best to speak to a professional about it in the setup process. 

Regarding charging VAT, Shopify has a helpful guide going through everything you need to know on how to charge VAT and to apply any tax overrides for countries outside of the USA and Canada. You can see these guides respectively here and here. 

Do you mean how long is the payout process for Shopify Payments? I'm not sure if this is exactly what you mean but if it is, you can see a help document here stating all the payout times for each country which is eligible for Shopify Payments, for Germany it is 3 days. If you meant anything else, please don't hesitate to let me know in a reply. 🙂

But second question. How and when can i get my payments from shopify??? There is NO TURKEY? Do  i have to use something like Payooner?

Regarding your question about payment gateways in Turkey. Shopify Payments is not available in Turkey and you would need to use one of the payment gateways that Shopify has partnered with. You can see all the gateways Shopify is partnered with in Turkey here.

Hi man, since you are in turkey, can you please tell me if I want to start a dropshipping store which payment method should i use in turkey. I contacted iyzco, PayU and paytabs but they stated that they dont work for dropshipping.
