Set Swedish VAT on all purchases within EU

I need to set Swedish VAT on all of our Swedish and other purchases within EU. I am not sure if our current settings are enough, can someone view the attached images and let me know if I should make any other changes?

Hi Laura, 

You probably meant" I need to set Swedish VAT on all of our Swedish and other sales within EU".  Do i understand correctly that you want to use EU simplification for sales below 10 000 EUR threshold ?  Or do you want to use the Union OSS VAT scheme?
