Financing, tax rates, and accounting
Hi, I am using the tax rates to charge different tax amounts for different EU countries.
I have now a product which needs to be sold at a constant 20% tax rate. Is there a way to set a specific product to charge tax based on a fixed rate rather than vary according to different countries?
Thank you
Hi there @karamba3d!
Don here from Shopify. 🙂
If you need to set a tax rate on a given product to apply across different existing tax rates you can use the tax overrides settings in your admin to do so.
Check out how to do so on the help doc linked above and let us know if you have any other questions at all.
Regards,
Don

Hi Don,
thank you for that. It seems to work.
