Good morning,
I used the G Translate app service for a short period (1 or 2 days), the amount charged to my card has not yet been refunded even though I canceled it within the trial period.
I contacted them and was told that the billing is done by Shopify and only shopify could refund me.
Can anyone from the Shopify support team help me with this or let me know the refund procedure?
