Shopify Balance Accounts: Can I segment sales of certain products to a particular balance account?

I have two Shopify Balance accounts set up, one called "Main" and another called "Secondary". 

I would like to segment sales of certain products (or categories) so that the payout goes to the Secondary balance account. Am I able to do this?
