Has anyone had problem with Shopify Capital remmitance charges not going thru? All information in my PAD agreement is correct and matching, there is NO hold on my banking account. My bank keeps saying it is Shopify "glitch" and shopify capital keeps bouncing me back to me bank saying its the banks fault that payments are blocked. As a result I have 5 !!! failed remittance charges which will tank my credit score. :(( I cannot get a hold of ANYONE AT SHOPIFY CAPITAL. There is literally no phone number to call and the chat and email staff are either not replying or keep bouncing me back to my bank again. I just wish they could talk to each other already!!!!
