Hey,

When I made the website I paid for the first month for my client, after I was done I got removed from Shopify and my client set my PayPal account as the primary billing account. Now I am charged 29 bucks a month..

How can I remove my PayPal from his Shopify and get a refund, since my client using my money and will not remove my PayPal clearly?

You will need to contact our Partner support team directly to get help with this. They can authenticate your Partner account and can then investigate the billing situation of the store you built for your client. You can reach out via the Help Center.
