So for the past few months since opening my store, it has been doing pretty well. However, I keep getting hit with massive Shopify invoices that I haven't calculated for. Since Shopify doesn't take the shipping out of your payouts, and doesn't reflect the percentage they take out in your sales overview, is there an app or something that I can get that will help me better anticipate what my Shopify invoice will be? Am I missing something?

Unfortunately, shipping labels and their costs are not exposed to apps 😞

Nick here from Shopify. 

To see exactly what your next invoice will be at all times you can take the following steps in your admin - Settings > Billing > View outstanding charges.

Shopify has a great help document going into all the details of your Shopify Bill which you can see here. There is a piece about shipping charges also in the 'Charges' section of the document which you can see here.
