Shopify is charging sales tax on shipping.

Shopify is charging sales tax on shipping but the "Charge tax on shipping rates" checkbox is not selected under taxes for it to do that. Does anyone know how to correct this? Thanks in advance!

I have problem with my store's taxes settings.

Settings -> Taxes -> Tax calculations I have checked the boxes "Show all prices with tax included" and "Charge tax on shipping rates"

My product's price 19,90e and shipping charge 5,90e = 25,80e

When I go to checkout page it shows 4,99e for taxes. The VAT is 24% so 4,99e for 25,80e isn't correct.

I haven't yet integrated a payment provider to my store - could this cause the problem?

What else could be wrong?
