Shopify not calculating county tax and county assigned is wrong

Hello,

I'm a new user on Shopify and opt-in for the Shopify Tax.

However, I'm facing two problems:

1 - The County assign to my address is wrong.

2 - The County taxes aren't being calculated.

I haven't had a sucess with the chat support. Please
