Shopify Payments are Paused due to Tax Information that is Accurate

We got a notice that our Shopify payments have been put on pause because the Tax Information and/or EIN from the IRS on our site does not match our business name.  Our site settings for the Tax ID/Name information are accurate and I have submitted pdf of the actual IRS SS-4 documentation showing business name and EIN but the site still flags this and will not unlock things.  I have tried contacting support through email, chat and left phone message on 613-241-2828 on Shopify Corporate number which does not have a menu to direct to any live support.  I have tried going through the live chat, spoke with someone who supposedly opened a ticket for this and forwarded to the "tax team" and said I would be hearing back from them shortly.  When I asked for the ticket # the chat operator said the tax team would give that info to me when I was contacted by email.  This has been weeks now and no email or any return contact.  Is there a direct phone # that we can call to get our submitted documents looked at and get the website payment settings fix resolved?  We are getting extremely frustrated with lack of support on what seems like an easy matter.

Thanks, unfortunately this has been attempted several times.  There is a way to upload documents to be reviewed as well (presumably by live staff) and have done that as well but information exactly as listed on IRS for SS-4 with the EIN and matching info still gets flagged.

Did you take a good look at the exact way your business name was written? I had a similar issue, and it updated information was accepted right away after changing it to look exactly the same on the SS-4. I am still waiting for my 1099-k though.

Before I had it written as: "My Business Name"
On the EIN form it was written as:
"MYFIRSTNAME MYLASTNAME
MY BUSINESS NAME"
