Financing, tax rates, and accounting
I’m David, and I’m facing an issue with Shopify Payouts. My payments have been stuck for almost 25 days despite fulfilling all my orders. I’ve contacted Shopify support multiple times, and they keep saying the accounts team will reach out, but there’s been no response.
This delay is causing significant issues, as I need the payment to pay shipping vendors and other bills. Please help me resolve this immediately, or I’ll have no choice but to close my Shopify account.

My account is automatically terminated. Just received email. And what is that mean. Where is my money goes? This is not good to see why I used Shopify to secure and fast payment see. What happened.
I am waiting for a response from Shopify on a payout hold on my account. 2 weeks now no answers.. did you ever get the money you got held on payouts? I’m sooo worried:(
