I have been using the App to link Shopify to Quickbooks for the last year and all was going great till I went VAT registred and now that I have changed the tax settings to 'taxes included in my prices' the export no longer works. All I get is a long list of error messages

I have tried Bold the App intergrator and Shopify and zero. I have even gone back to no VAT in settings as it was before and still the download doesnt work. I now have to create every invoice manually in Quickbooks. This is very frustrating as I now have to pay for an App that doesnt work.
Does anyone else have this problem or better still an answer?
