Hey there,
we have the following problem: Shopify Statistics is based on the date you mark the order as fulfilled. I'd rather have the statistics based on order date, is it possible to change the settings?

Just to clarify, do you mean the Shopify Sales reports? I double checked and took a look at the Shopify help guide for Sales Reports and it does show that the reports are from when the order is made:
Is this what you are referring to or is something else by any chance? Let me know.
