Show ABN & VAT on invoices

Hi there,

I'm using the Narrative Theme. I'm based in Australia. I've had a customer order from EU that wants their VAT number and mine showing on the invoice. Does anyone know how to do this? Also do I just charge the GST from Australia or I don't charge taxes if it's international. Sorry new at this. Please help
