We are UK based & sell only to UK. We are not VAT registered. Is there a way of removing the "Tax Included" notation next to all the products prices.

Some of our customers see "Tax Included" & assume they can claim VAT back on any purchases & Keep asking for our VAT Number which of course isn't on our invoices/receipts

Hi @Kathemmi,

Yes, this verbiage can be amended via the theme's language editor. To make this change, do the following:

  • Head to Online Store > Themes:
  • Next to your theme, choose "More actions" and then "Edit languages".
  • This will load the theme language editor. Once here, search for "tax included".
  • You should now see the text that appears on your product pages, which can be changed to whatever you prefer.
  • Press "Save".

Before doing this, my recommendation would be to duplicate the theme so you have a back-up version of the theme file to revert back to if you need it. Please let me know if you experience any issues or have more questions.
