How to exclude taxes only in Spain? Can anyone help me please...

There is no specific setting to exclude taxes only in Spain, but you can achieve this by setting up two different tax rates - one for Spain and one for the rest of the world. Then, you can set up your shipping rates so that Spain is excluded from the flat rate shipping.
