State, County, & City tax

Hi! When I send invoices the taxes show state, county, and city tax separately instead of showing just one whole dollar amount. Is there anyway to change it just from showing all separately to showing one whole amount? For example the picture below, MO State Tax 1.35, Clay County Tax 0.40, Liberty Municipal Tax 1.08. I would love for it to just show Tax- $2.83.

Nick here from Shopify. 

I looked into this and asked our theme support team if this would be possible. It is definitely something which is possible to have done, but it's not something which is supported by Shopify. Because of that, your best bet is to reach out to a Shopify Expert about making the change for you. You can see the Shopify Expert directory here. 

Something else that crossed my mind was if you needed to show all the different types of tax for legal reasons. It could be worth reaching out to a professional accountant or your local tax office to see if this is something you need to show customers regardless of how it might look.
