I deactivated my account 3 months ago and when I deposited money in my Visa card ,I found 24$ transaction to Shopify from about 3 hrs ago , when I opened the my Shopify account I found out that it wasn’t deactivated although I deactivated it once so I deactivated it again i am asking if i can have my 24$ back, the time elapsed after my transaction till the moment am writing is 4 hrs + its my mother’s visa card so i care for the refund. @Aria

Once you've cancelled your subscription and deactivated your store, you can reach out to us and we'd be happy to see if your latest invoice is eligible for refund. While we're unable to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community, we'd be happy to further assist you through live chat, email, or callback. Please visit the Shopify Help Center and log into your account to create a support request.
