Tax Exempted Customers

Hi Shopify team,

We have a customer who is in NGO and he is exempted from paying tax. Please let us know how we can enable this feature for NGO or such customers moving forward? We expect early response from you on this regard.

I recommend checking out our help document for the steps on setting up a tax-exempt customer. If your customer is located in Canada, you can instead refer to this help document.
