Tax Help

Hello,

I have read all the steps for taxes. I checked every product to make sure tax would be included. When I go to the product it is still showing the price I have it listed as and not with  the tax.  Went to checkout to see if it would change and it didn't. I am using Oberlo as well so I do not know if that matters. I also have under settings show all prices with tax included box checked as well.
