tax - norway/eu

hi. so I have a question about taxes. i´m living and selling from norway. Here we have a tax rate of 25% on all sales. That´s included in my prices on my store. My question is - what do i do about the taxes if i have a buyer in the us and/or eu. Does shopify add this to the price when paying/checking out or will my costumers have to pay this when picking up the package. i´m so confused. taxes gives me the chills. anyone?
