Tax Rate is calculating incorrectly.

As you can see the first 2 tax rates are correct but the Texas State Tax is 6.25% and 6.25% of $42.00 is $2.625 or $2.63. Why is it coming up $0.03 more than it should? I am constantly having tax rate issues. It either doesn't round up as it should or it charges too much.
