Tax regulation problem

Hello everyone I have a question related to tax regulation and receiving payments from customers. I am interested in whether there will be problems with the tax police if I start receiving orders and money on account without reporting it, and I would like to know how to solve it. Also could you link shopify or mark it as an part of, for example, my moms lump sum job in Croatia, would that solve the problems with the tax police and all the financial regulation issues related to receiving money on the freight account from my mother. Also if anyone knows better way to do this please say and help if you want it would mean a lot.
