Tax Residency Certificate or certificate of residency singapore

hello shopify,

we recieve bill from shopify that does not have Tax Residency Certificate no. or (certificate of residency singapore)

we need TRC or Tax Residency Certificate no of shopify as part of compliance in Indian Income Tax Law, where we have to furnish details like TRC, adress , email, phone no. of a person/company to whom we have paid any amount

kindly provide me as soon as possible
