Texas Sales tax is calculated incorrectly

I sell cookies and do local delivery only. Texas law says that baked goods are not taxed, and Shopify's sales tax calculator shows this. All of my products are categorized to not charge sales tax. My first sale a few days ago (still getting started 🙂 ) calculated the sales tax correctly as $0. But when I viewed the checkout page yesterday testing some new layout info, I noticed that sales tax is now being charged on my items.

Any idea what is going on?
