Replying to the email ticket itself with any relevant information is usually the best course of action to take. If you have already done so, then it will be a matter of waiting until the team in charge of handling it have been able to process the request and revert back.
Feel free to reach out to our support team here who can try their best to locate that ticket and provide you with a status update. If there are any details you wish them to add to the ticket, they can leave a note on it for you so the team can see it.
