TIN for 1099-K

I keep getting an alert that I need to correct my TIN for 1099-K reporting. I have double checked and everything is correct. I have filed taxes under my business for several years now and have never had this issue. I have my filed taxes from 2023 and 2024 to show the information is correct that’s entered on my Shopify acct. But, my Shopify acct is saying the information cannot be confirmed. I don’t want to lose access to Shopify payments. What do I need to do?
