Transactions missing from Monthly sales report and Payment report

Hello,

I am a new user of the Shopify platform so would like clarify a couple of issues I am facing.

First,

I have 2 transactions that are missing from both the Sales report and detailed Payment listing. However, these 2 transactions can be found in the Shopify Payout and we have received the money in our bank statement.

Secondly,
I have 1 transaction in the month, that the Order amount, Sales and Payment amount does not match up
Example:
Order $100
Sales $95
Payment $95
We have received the $95 to our bank account. There is no refund/change in goods or any sort noted from the reports. There is a difference of $5 that I am unable to reconcile.
