Trying to add vat/taxes to all products

I might be blind but can't figure this out.

All my product prices are ex vat (25% in norway). 

Taxes is set to 25% for norway and tried to both check and uncheck "show all products with tax included)  but same result: all products are showing ex vat.

So, how can I make my products be included vat?
