tva is not correct

Hi all, Shopify is not putting the correct tva % in the invoice after the client purchased the product. The final price includes tva but I still need to provide a correct invoice to the client. Does anybody know how to correct tva %? Customer service chat can't help.

It's been a while since you have posted this, and you might have figured this out already.

In any case, our experience tells us there are three possible causes as to why taxes are missing on your orders and invoices:

• The country tax rate is not configured correctly.
• The product is not set as taxable.
• The customer is set as tax-exempt.
