Hi everyone, I would like to ask if someone can advise me on what type of company I should set up in the Czech Republic to start my e-commerce? should I make a VAT payer? s.r.o.?

It's been quite a while since you posted this and you might have figured this out already.

If your annual turnover is below the VAT registration limit of the country where your store is based, you do not charge VAT on your sales regardless of where your customers come from.
