UK Vat not being added to Price

I have setup our new store with all of our product pricing ex VAT.  I have then added our UK VAT number and tried to set it up to add the 20% VAT onto the storefront and pricing. But no matter what I do the price is always ex VAT. 

The price needs to be £470 inc VAT but it only shows the ex VAT price. 

For some reason it keeps saying enable the duties and tax but it is all enabled for the UK which is where we need to collect the VAT. 

I have added screenshots in the presentation, Please can someone point me in the right direction please.
