Financing, tax rates, and accounting
Hello,
We are performing a test migration for our client on a separate Shopify instance before doing the actual migration on their Shopify store.
Client has followed this documentation (https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/sell-in-person/quickbooks/migration#export-data) and has provided us with exported data files.
When uploading within the Desktop Connector we are receiving the following error message:
Unable to upload file as the following headers were missing : QB ListID. Make sure you have updated QuickBooks POS and followed all the instructions for exporting the file. If this error persists, please contact support.
Client followed the following instructions as per documentation when exporting, but there seems to be data missing from the export that Shopify requires.
Sharing in the hopes that anyone has encountered this before or has any ideas. Thank you!

There is a step missing from the instructions. There's an input that selects an export profile, which specifies which columns to include. I had to create new profiles for each of Customers, Inventory, and Vendors that contained All Fields, and then select that profile when performing the export.
