URGENT: Unable to get my concerns regarding GST being charged resolved,

Can someone please share a contact number or any details i can use to reach the shopify billing team, i have an urgent issue with regards to GST being charged and billing discrepancy, i am trying but no response from any one from shopify. Thanks !!

Our billing support team is only available through email and there is no direct phone number to connect with them specifically. Have you reached out yet to our live support channels to have this situation escalated? If not, I will provide the steps for that below. You can also reply back to your most recent billing email as well for support from them.
