US GST liability

Hello, 

I want to ask if I have a UK Ltd and UK business paypal and I want to sell my products in US initially.. 

1-What tax liability I have to face in US and UK?

2- Do I have to register for VAT and pay VAT from day 1?

3-Do I have to pay GST in US, if yes how and when?
