VAT Report of non-vat items

We sell magazines, magazine subscriptions etc that have no VAT on them.

Each Q our book keeper requires a list of all items sold.

Can I;

1) Give them access to Shopify to access a report that shows all the non-vat products sold in the last Q?

2) What is the best report to use?

Or even better can these be automated and schdueled?
