Vendor Registration and compliance for drop shipping business

Hi,

Sorry if this has been asked before. But how does one go about ensuring vendor compliance for a drop shipping business? What registration and other compliance  (NDA etc) forms is the vendor expected to fill out?

There is also a notion that vendors will not entertain a little known business and comply with such compliance and registration processes. What is the general approach to deal with vendors in such cases.

Any thoughts or pointers in this regard will be helpful.
