Webhooks total_price different to Shopify analytics

Hello everyone,

we are tracking some data like revenue, aov and total amount of orders by listening to the orders/create webhook and then calculating this like:
revenue: sum of total_price form all orders

aov: revenue divided by orders amount
orders: amount of webhooks

The data is different to the Shopify statistics. We are tracking a higher amount of orders, higher aov and higher revenue. The Shopify documentation says that the analytics are not tracking adjustments done after the order is created, so it should be the same like in our tracking (https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/reports-and-analytics/shopify-reports/overview-dashboard).
Have you had a similar issue or do I miss something?
