What are all the fees associated with using Shopify?

I want to know about all the shopify's fees, including annual fee , transaction fee and credit card rates? means that if i use a third-party payment provider, do i need to pay for the credit card rates? or just the transaction fee.

Firstly you have your subscription fee, which allows you to use the Shopify platform. This fee varies on which plan you have chosen - you mentioned annual fees in your question, so I believe you are referring to paying the Shopify subscription fee annually instead of monthly. This is a great idea, as it gives you a greater discount on your fees, and added benefits such as free access to our Carrier Calculated Shipping rates. This fee will vary depending on which plan you've chosen and can be viewed here.

Credit Card fees - these are fees applied by the banks for processing payments on your store. Every payment always carries a credit card fee, and the percentage of this fee is dependent upon which plan you have chosen. You can view the different rates for credit card fees here. 

Transaction fees - If a payment is made using our own payment gateway, Shopify Payments, then this payment carries no transaction fee. Any payments made using any other gateways will carry transaction fees. These will vary depending on your plan, and can be viewed here.

So as an example, if you were on the Shopify Basic Plan and a customer made a purchase using a third-party payment gateway you would be paying on this purchase: Credit card fees of 2.9% + 30¢ USD and a transaction fee of 2.0%.
