Financing, tax rates, and accounting
We are a Shopify Plus store. There has been a change in Shopify and we can no longer find a monthly statement that give a summary of all transaction fees. When I've searched in help, it only informs how to get to the details of each bill. Where is our summary? Help. Help
Hi, @Frustrated1405
Thanks for posting to the Shopify Community.
Your transaction fees should be located within your monthly invoice. Additionally, if you have a payment threshold that is reached multiple times a month, you will see your transaction fees charged via your payment threshold. Both items can be found under Settings > Billing.
I hope that helps! If not, please reach out to our Live Chat who can help you navigate the charges directly in your account.
This does not help....as of Jan. 17, 2024. I am trying to find the total transaction fees I paid to SHOPIFY for 2023, as part of my expense breakdowns for my end of year taxes. The only way to do this is to add 365 days of transactions fees. I have spent an hour trying various ways and searching discussions and "live help" (which is a robot) and no one can find any easy way to do this. Shopify needs to do better. I use Paypal and within 10 mins. I have a report breakdown and printed of all my fees paid to them for the entire year neat and tidy on a one page document. I don't understand why Shopify does not do this. Another article/Shopify discussion showed it had 18,000 views?! How many people need this simple document and it just can not be found - or does not exist.
Hi, @Cascobaysoap
I definitely appreciate how frustrating this is, however to my knowledge we do not provide annual totals. In your threshold billing, however, the transaction fees should be totaled for that charge. If so you, while not ideal, you could total your threshold bills from the year. Can you double check that for me?
