Where can I find my 1099K document for Crosslinks account?

Please ensure you are using the account owner profile when trying to download your form then refer to the following steps:

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Payment providers.

2. In the Shopify Payments section, click View payouts.

3. If you qualify for 1099-K, then you'll see a Documents section with a link to the form.
