Where can I find Shopify's credit card transaction fees for tax purposes?

I'm doing my taxes and trying to figure out where I find the fees charged by Shopify for processing credit card transaction. Also, I need to download the orders from last year, but am only finding "net sales" not gross sales numbers, which would give me the fees charged by Shopify. Does shopify send an annual revenue statement for filing federal taxes?
