Financing, tax rates, and accounting
Hi, I last month switched my plan to basic from advanced as my free trial ended. but this month i received a message of 399$ deduction from my account which is for the advanced plan, Please help me get my money back. I'm not someone that can afford this type of money. Kindly help me I will be extremely thankful.

there is not solution on the support center related to my concern
If you use the virtual assistant to request to "contact support" you can go through the prompts to get a chat started with one of our support advisors. From there, they can look into your account and see what can be done.
