Why am I having issues repaying open invoices?

Hi Team,

We have been facing a problem while making payments for open invoices at Shopify, We don't know the actual reason for the same but we have a theory that this is happening due to Govt. the e-mandate regulation.

Please help us resolve this problem as we are facing the problem in ongoing business. A quick reply is much appreciated.

Or can anyone connect us with POC for this that will also be useful.

You may need to check in with your billing method provider for specifics on why a given transaction is failing, as we do not usually have access to this info from here in Shopify.

That said, I'd be happy to take a look at any info you can share here to see what we might be able to suggest!

Is there any information displayed in your Shopify admin relating to these invoices, and can you let me know what type of charges these are specifically?

If you're happy to share this info, could you let me know where in the world you are based, and which type of billing method you use for your Shopify invoices?
