Financing, tax rates, and accounting
Hope someone can assist. When we export payout data through the use of Shopify's Payout report, the Shopify order number is missing from adjustment transactions. However, when you view the Payout report on the screen, the order numbers appear. Since we accept orders on Facebook and Instagram, we have hundreds of line items of missing data in our csv reports daily, as these line items relate to taxes and promotions run by Facebook/Instagram. We require this information in order to verify that each order has been paid in full. Shopify has stated that they are aware of this problem but can give us no ETA on a fix. Surely another Shopify user has encountered this issue and may be aware of a fix. Shopify support just keeps suggesting that we try reporting apps, but we don't have time to investigate each app to see if they can address this issue.
Please any suggestions would be appreciated.
