Why can't I access my original domain after reopening my store?

I've reopen my shopify store but why I still cannot access to my original domain: www.pkjhome.com?

Ive also just bought a domain through shopify and cannot access the site. It doesnt appear on the domain list buy the payment has already gone through.

Domain name was
www.fashionablephonecases.com

Are you able to confirm if you had bought your domain on the Shopify platform or is it hosted by a Third Party?

Has it been quite a while since you last re-opened the store? In the case that you may need to renew your domain (depending on how long the store has been closed and renewal date for domain).
